Ideally located inside of Marrakech's Medina's walls, the Riad Dar Karma is a high place of the Kasbah quarter, not too far from the Saadian tombs and from both HH Hassan II's and HH Mohamed VI's Royal Palaces.
The Dar Karma is only a few minutes away from the famous Djemaa el Fna square. The Riad can be reached by car and is very near “La Rotonda”, the famous Moroccan restaurant.
15 minute drive from Marrakech’s airport. Airport shuttle available on request.

The largest of both patios is planted with orange trees and decorated with a wall fountain. It opens to small yet extraordinary comfortable lounges, in a tradional decoration style. Fresh fruit baskets, as well as an organic breakfast are served all day long.
Going from the patios to the lounges or your room is very easy through the perfect arrangement of the Riad. Both the Riad life and personal intimacy are thus respected.
Cable television, the Internet on a WIFI network, as well as a fax machine and a printer are free on request.

The five bedrooms combine both the details of Moroccan traditionnal decoration (tadelakt, marble, zouar el beldi – antic painted ceiling, zeligs) and modern amenities, such as air conditionning, with luxury and simplicity.
Every room comprises a single or double bath room, refinely decorated. Tadelakt and marble ornate these places of rest and plentiness. The Moroccan tradition of baths is magnificently modernised with the Riad Dar Karma bathrooms.
An extra room, with its own shower, is also available for a nanny or extra personnel.

It is in one of both patios, that you will discover the intimate atmosphere of the warm palm tree-planted pool. Right close to it, the resting lounge, and the hammam welcome you in a marble and tadelakt decoration.
In a view for you to benefit from any instant at the Riad, we can open the Hammam 24 hr/24 hr for you. Tradionnal body care, such as scrubbings, black soap, massages, manucure,... are also available.
